Introduction

Welcome to the podcast page. Over the next twelve months numerous podcasts will be uploaded to this site, giving everyone the opportunity to listen to the phenomenal voice of Dame Joan Sutherland. Some of the programmes will explore Joans contribution to opera in a variety of ways, for example singing baroque, or singing Mozart. Other programmes will feature both music and interviews with some of Joans most loyal admirers and surprise guests. We will also include a few competitions and quizzes! A new podcast will be uploaded every two weeks and a quick look at the list of upcoming features will highlight what you can come to expect. To download, simply right click and save the podcast to your PC or laptop. If you choose to play the podcast immediately rather than download it, then please note that the music which automatically plays upon entry to the site, may overlay the podcast. I would recommend downloading and playing the podcast once you have finished visiting the site.
